All Girls Weekend, Little Nashville (aka Gnaw Bone, lol) Indiana

So we headed out Friday morning on the all girls trip to Brown County Indiana.  We hit the road about 11:30 and as you can see below, Bunny and Sis were both really excited!

We checked in to our hotel about 3pm,

and went up stairs to check out the room…..

Look at the size of that bed!

yes, that IS a fire place!

and although you can’t see it, there is a spa bath in that there bathroom!  Whoo hoo! Ok maybe it is worth paying the extra $40/night!

We skipped lunch while we were travelling, so decided to go eat early, and just for something different, had mexican. And mmmmmmm, was it good?!?!?

By the time we got back to the room after dinner, the sunset was just beautiful, so whipped out the camera and snapped a few of the sunset and the view…  

Next morning, headed off to shop till we dropped!  Some shots from around town….

We went for a ride/tour around town on this little train, and it was sooooo cold!  The wind was blowing a gail just about the whole time!  I was warm though….. someone was smart enough to remember their jacket unlike someone else *clearsthroatbunnycough*

And here is Forte, isn’t he beautiful?!?!  He took us for a 20 minute carriage ride…

 

and when we got back, Sis got to fed him a treat…… and get slobbered on too!  LOL

 

And after a long hard day of walking and shopping, this is how I finished it off………

ahhhhhh…. heaven!

Out and about in the USA

Hi everyone! Well I thought I would give you all a little update on what has been going on while I've been here in the US.
Bunny has been taking me all over the place, and we have been worn out!
Here we are are the infamous 'Hell'-mart! Really it wasn't that bad, and we ended up spending less than she normally would, so maybe I'm a good shopping influence! LOL



For Bunny's special day on Friday, we went out for a girls day!
We got our nails done......



And we went out for lunch at Bunny's favourite place to eat, ElBracero's





It was so funny,we were half way through eating when all the little mexican waiters come out singing and carrying a bowl of icecream, which they then proceeded to smear all over her face!!!
She was clapping and cheering like a 6 year old!


And then I got a turn with the hat....

LOL
And then Bunny insisted we document just how full you get eating at this place. This is me, about to be sick cause I've eaten so much food!

LOL



Then Saturday we decided we were going to cut and colour Bunny's hair.

Yesterday we decided to go for a drive around and see what we could see.

OMG and here is the nose tree!! It looks just like a nose, and Bunny thought it needed a little pickin'! LOL

Tomorrow we are heading out to the 'big city' to gettin a little more shopping, should be a good day!

Phew.... I made it!

Yippe-i-a! But let me tell you, that was one LOOOOOONG time on a plane! LOL, I thought would never end!
Well at least it wasn't as scary as I imagined! I didn't miss the plane, get on the wrong plane or even forget to get off the plane and end up in Alaska! Hahahaha. I did however, have a small drama. Would you believe.... they lost my suit case!?! So I was all ready to be wearing Bunny's clothes, but they found it and sent it on up here the very next day! YAY!

And the countdown is on......

.....and I'm starting to get really nervous! See the countdown widget over there----> not long to go now!! I'm starting to panic a little I think, subconciously anyway.....
I dreamt last night that 1- I missed the plane, 2- I got on the wrong plane, 3- I got sick and couldn't go! I wonder which one is it going to be???? LOL
In fact, what worries me more is navagating my way through LAX! Isn't it one of the hugest most busiest airports in the world?? I keep telling my it's going to be fine, but every now and again I have a little worry attack, LOL.
